Work Details: Collection of Physical Documents: You will be responsible for collecting physical documents from respective departments with the assistance of a departmental officials. Preparation of Documents for Scanning: Prepare the documents for scanning. Scanning: Using the overhead scanner to scan the documents and save the scanned output on the provided PC/Laptop. The scanner and PC/Laptop are already available on site. Scanning Resolution: The scanning resolution will be shared during TRAINING. Asset Management: The scanner and laptops are kept in the officials' room. These should be handled with care. Document Handling: Handle all documents with utmost care as they are very sensitive. Daily Reports: Publish reports of daily work via email (IDs will be created/shared). Training and Support: A detailed training session will be provided by our team leader, who will also be your point of contact for any assistance.
