Objective: Executive is responsible for making sales calls and market products and services via phone. she will maintain thorough understanding of products and services, meet daily goals.Key Responsibilities: Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell/promote products/services Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to customers Schedule appointments to meet prospective partners & customers Customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintaining administrative and operational records Monitor office expenses and costs. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all the necessary stationery and materials. Taking care of housekeeping Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed. You will most likely have to accomplish all of this and more because were a start-up.What we are looking for: Candidate must be a graduate from any stream or undergraduate with superb verbal communication skills and have at least 1 year of tele-calling experience. Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing. Candidates from financial services like insurance and mutual fund sales backgrounds are preferable. Language proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi Computer literate.
