objective: executive is responsible for making sales calls and market products and services via phone. she will maintain thorough understanding of products and services, meet daily goals.
key responsibilities:
· makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell/promote products/services
· provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to customers
· schedule appointments to meet prospective partners & customers
· customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction
· maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
· receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· maintaining administrative and operational records
· monitor office expenses and costs.
· ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all the necessary stationery and materials.
· taking care of housekeeping
· contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.

what we are looking for:
· candidate must be a graduate from any stream or undergraduate with superb verbal communication skills and have at least 1 year of tele-calling experience.
· have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing.
· candidates from financial services like insurance and mutual fund sales backgrounds are preferable.
· language proficiency in english, kannada, and hindi
· computer literate.
