Tele Calling Cum Operations Executive

Objective: Executive is responsible for making sales calls and market products and services via phone. she will maintain thorough understanding of products and services, meet daily goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell/promote products/services

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to customers

· Schedule appointments to meet prospective partners & customers

· Customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction

· Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches

· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

· Maintaining administrative and operational records

· Monitor office expenses and costs.

· Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all the necessary stationery and materials.

· Taking care of housekeeping

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.

· You will most likely have to accomplish all of this and more because were a start-up.

What we are looking for:

· Candidate must be a graduate from any stream or undergraduate with superb verbal communication skills and have at least 1 year of tele-calling experience.

· Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing.

· Candidates from financial services like insurance and mutual fund sales backgrounds are preferable.

· Language proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi

· Computer literate.
