Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing electronic components, equipment, and materials based on project requirements.Support vendor identification, quotation collection, and comparative analysis.Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and product specifications.Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking order status.Coordinate with engineering, production, stores, and finance teams for procurement-related activities.Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.Verify technical specifications of electronic components with engineering teams.Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records in ERP/MIS systems.Support supplier evaluation and vendor performance tracking.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key quality metrics.Coordinate internal audits and support external/customer audits.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP, or other applicable quality standards.Work closely with production, maintenance, and design teams to resolve quality concerns.Manage customer complaints and support quality improvement projects.Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
