Job Location: Mangaon

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in industrial or commercial electrical maintenance.

• Licensure: Valid government electrical supervisor license or competency certificate preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Generator Maintenance

• Execute routine testing, including regular load bank testing and battery checks.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults on diesel/gas generators and alternators.

• Manage fuel systems, oil changes, filter replacements, and coolant levels.

• Oversee synchronisation panels and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS).

Electrical Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain high-voltage and low-voltage distribution boards, switchgear, and transformers.

• Inspect Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and central battery banks regularly.

• Calibrate electrical protection relays, circuit breakers, and motor control centres (MCC).

• Diagnose electrical failures using multimeters, infrared thermography, and insulation testers.

• Compliance & Safety

• Enforce strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during all maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with national electrical codes, local regulations, and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance schedules, equipment failures, and repair costs.
