Inspection of various equipment like reactor, tank, utility equipment and submit report to project manager.6. Planning, scheduling & monitoring activities for timely completion of projects within time, quality, cost & budget parameters.7. Should be well versed with various code and standards like ASTM, ASME B31.3, ASME 16.5,16.11,16.19 etc.8. Bill verifications/ measurement checking as per tender conditions.9. Prepared All types of documents related to job (Daily Report, Material Inventory Status, BOM, BOQ), giving instructions for usage of safety equipment During job execution to prevent accidents. Conduct tool box talk before new work starts. Instruct Usage of PPEs.,10. Actively manages projects from the field, addressing issues that arise during construction and providing resolution at site.

As directed by Sr. Manager visit local market in case of urgent spare purchase 7. Visit local market for new vendor development related to plant maintenance, plant operations & project related activities.8. Visit vendor location to evaluate vendor capabilities, take trial and inspect machineries that are planned to be procured.9. Visit vendor location, review progress & coordinate with the vendor in case any equipment or machineries are under repairs at vendor workshop.10. Follow-up with vendors for the dispatch & delivery of ordered consumable and plant machineries as directed by the purchase department.11. Seek quotations & make comparatives from vendors for consumable or machineries as directed by the purchase department.12. Participate in decision making and selection of new plant machinery or modification in consumable design.13. Ensure scarp generated from mechanical maintenance activity & projects are stored at its designated location. Daily scrap generation report is filed as per SOP. Scrap quantity report is maintained on daily basis.14. Plan & prepare monthly mechanical preventive maintenance schedule along with Sr. Engineer.15. Execute monthly maintenance schedule as planned. Do necessary documentation & entry of completed maintenance activity on daily basis & file report as per SOP.
