Hiring For MECHANICAL ENGINEER (VIBRO)

1)Minimum qualification

1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering from reputed college with good track record.

2) Experience & key skills

1. 2 to 3 years in Design department of machine manufacturing industry, like cranes, CNC machines, molding machines, packaging machines, SPMs, etc.(Do not short list candidates having experience in piping, pressure vessel, 3D/2D software).

2. Should have knowledge of engineering materials & manufacturing processes.

3. Knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics will be added advantage.

4. Should have Experience in creating BOMs, item codes in ERP (SAP, Baan) system.

5. Should be thorough in basic concepts of machine design & engineering calculations.

6. Good Auto cad drafting speed & understanding is must, Experience in 3D modeling will be added qualification.

7. Should know basic concepts of engineering drawing, dimensioning, and tolerances.

8. Should have worked on General arrangement drawings, Assembly drawings with BOMs & detail drawings of machine components like Shafts, Sprockets, pulleys, gears, structural fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, etc. & preparing as built drawings.

9. Should have worked on selection of brought out components like chains, Pulleys, sprockets, Induction motors, Bearings, Gear boxes, pneumatic components, hardware components.

10. Should be able to prepare Machine instruction manuals.

11. Good oral & written communication skills.

3)Job profile -

1. Will report to design manager (vibro).

2. Should deliver new drawings, BOMs, GA drawings & detail drawings, with zero errors & in time.

4. Should do as built drawing correction, drawing correction suggested by QA, Production,

5. Planning departments & related BOM corrections in ERP.

6. Will assist Sales, QA, Production, Planning departments as and when required.
