Role & ResponsibilitiesWere looking for a Video Editor who can take raw video assets and turn them into high-impact ads for performance marketing. This role sits at the intersection of editing, motion graphics, and rapid experimentation. You should be comfortable working fast, iterating based on feedback and data, and adapting content for multiple platforms.You dont need to be an AI expert-but you must have a working knowledge of the same. Also need to be curious, open, and willing to learn new AI-driven tools and workflows.Key Responsibilities-Edit short-form and mid-form videos for performance ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, OTT, etc.)Work with existing video footage, images, product shots, and stock assetsCreate motion graphics, titles, supers, transitions, and basic animations as requiredAdapt videos into multiple formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)Deliver final, platform-ready ad assets with correct specs and naming conventionsOptimize edits for attention, retention, and clarity (strong hooks, pacing, CTAs)Collaborate with creative, marketing, and performance teams to iterate quicklyHandle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelinesMaintain organized project files and version control.Ideal Candidate:-Strong Video Editor Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, ad creatives, short-form content, or performance marketing creativesMandatory (Editing Tools): Must have strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, PhotoshopMandatory (AI Awareness): Must have basic familiarity/exposure to AI-based editing or creative tools and should be open to learning AI-assisted workflowsMandatory (Portfolio): High quality portfolio - must showcase original editing, short-form videos, and smotion graphics work. Avoid heavily template-based portfolios using ready-made assets/templates with minimal customizationMandatory (Performance Content): Must have experience editing performance ads, e-commerce creatives, short-form videos, marketing/promotional contentMandatory (Motion Graphics): Must have hands-on experience with motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and basic animationsMandatory (Work Style): Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple iterations, feedback cycles, and quick turnaround timelinesPreferred (Company): B2C OR D2C BrandsPreferred (Performance Marketing): Experience working closely with growth/performance marketing teams is preferredPreferred (Audio Skills): Basic sound design, audio cleanup, or music syncing skills are a plusPreferred (Background): Candidates with experience in mens grooming, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands will have an added advantage
