The role involves recruitment, employee coordination, statutory compliance, vendor management, documentation, and supporting management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities (HR & Admin Mixed)Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalitiesCoordinate interviews, offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentationMaintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MISAddress employee queries, grievances, and internal coordinationSupport payroll inputs, salary processing, PF, ESIC, and statutory documentationEnsure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workplace disciplineAssist in training programs and employee engagement activitiesManage office administration, daily operations, and facility managementCoordinate vendors, housekeeping, security, travel, and office maintenanceHandle office supplies, stationery, assets, and inventory recordsPrepare HR/Admin MIS reports and provide support to managementEnsure confidentiality, compliance, and smooth coordination across departments Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of HR operations and administrationWorking knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and payroll coordinationProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlinesProfessional attitude with integrity and confidentiality
