We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR & Admin Executive to manage human resources functions along with office administration. The role involves recruitment, employee coordination, statutory compliance, vendor management, documentation, and supporting management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities (HR & Admin Mixed)
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
Coordinate interviews, offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS
Address employee queries, grievances, and internal coordination
Support payroll inputs, salary processing, PF, ESIC, and statutory documentation
Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workplace discipline
Assist in training programs and employee engagement activities
Manage office administration, daily operations, and facility management
Coordinate vendors, housekeeping, security, travel, and office maintenance
Handle office supplies, stationery, assets, and inventory records
Prepare HR/Admin MIS reports and provide support to management
Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and smooth coordination across departments
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration
Working knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and payroll coordination
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Professional attitude with integrity and confidentiality
