We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations in Vasai East. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field. This full-time role requires a proactive approach to managing a team and ensuring smooth factory operations.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure they run efficiently and meet production targets.- Manage Team Performance: Lead and support factory staff by monitoring their performance, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment.- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing necessary improvements.- Maintain Safety Standards: Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and quality assurance teams for effective communication and workflow management.- Report Production Metrics: Prepare and present regular reports on production efficiency, issues, and improvements to upper management.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively manage teams. A solid understanding of production processes and quality control standards is essential. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure will be required to meet production goals. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a factory setting is also necessary for this role. The candidate should have a proactive attitude and be prepared to take initiative in improving factory operations.

Candidate should have basic knowledge about distillation & filtration along with GMP, ISO documentation practices.

1. To make sure there is always enough production staff of duty to hit targets. 2. To ensure that production staff at all times adhere to site safety procedures. 3. To order the parts and components for the production process. 4. To Look after the production activity.5. To maintain the quality of the product. 6. To schedule the daily production activity.7. Examine production process. 10. Checking Quality of the product. 11. After production process is completed to take care of Despatch Activity. 12. Send production reports to the Director on daily basis. 13. To work with suppliers, manufacture and internal departments. 14. To Maintain Database of approved vendors. 15. To build and maintain relationships with vendors. 16. Negotiate rates with vendors. 17. Any other responsibilities given by the management should accept it
