Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.Plan and monitor transportation schedules to ensure timely deliveries.Liaise with transporters, suppliers, vendors, and customers regarding shipments.Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.Maintain logistics records, shipment documents, invoices, and reports.Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams.Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.Negotiate freight rates and logistics service agreements when required.Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for process improvement.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports.Support supply chain operations and optimize distribution efficiency.
