As the Executive Operations & Logistics, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operations and logistics activities. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.Qualifications and Skills*1-6 years of experience in operations and logistics*Experience in managing logistics for E-Commerce platforms, including order tracking and management*Knowledge of supply chain management principles*Experience with inventory management systems*Proficient in using E-Commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills*Excellent communication and organizational skills*Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment*Passion for coffee and understanding of the coffee industry is a plus.Roles and Responsibilities*Coordinate and oversee daily operations and logistics activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness*Manage inventory control and replenishment to optimize product availability and minimize stockouts*Monitor and manage orders from various sales channels, such as E-Commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon*Track and ensure timely delivery of orders, resolving any issues that may arise*Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations*Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments*Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to streamline operations*Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards*Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations and logistics
