education and experience: llb/ ba llb - 1 - 2 years of experience in litigation preferably (male candidate preferred)

license: must be licensed to practice law in maharashtra .

legal knowledge: should have a strong understanding of the law, including knowledge of relevant statutes, case law, and legal procedures, practiced in district court, msme, etc.

research skills: should be able to conduct legal research effectively, including using online legal databases and other resources.

writing skills: should have strong writing skills, including the ability to draft legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings.

communication skills: should be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in legal matters. shall be fluent in marathi, hindi and english.

attention to detail: should be able to carefully review and analyze legal documents and other materials.

time management skills: should be able to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
