The incumbent will formulate and implement sales plan for the partner for achieving business targets of sales unit.2. Lead, motivate and train the partner.3. Set and monitor clear objectives of team to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.4. Help team to generate and track leads, close sales.5. Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately6. Bring out the best of branches personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation7.Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities8.Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs9.
