Management Representative/QMS Personnel

1. Ensuring that the quality management system meets the requirements of the IATF :2016 standard.

2. Coordinating and facilitating the certification audit and surveillance audits by the certification body.

3. Managing the documentation and record-keeping requirements of the standard.

4. Regularly monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Leading the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve the QMS.

6. Conduct regular internal audits to verify compliance with the standard and identify opportunities for improvement.

7. Developing and maintaining the organization's quality policy and quality objectives.

8. Facilitating and supporting management reviews of the quality management system.

9. Ensuring that all employees are aware of the quality policy and their roles and responsibilities in achieving the quality objectives.

10. Communicating with customers and suppliers to understand their quality requirements and address any quality issues that arise.
