Reporting To: Head Marketing & Instrumentation Sales
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
Create and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to develop innovative campaigns and initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, assess the competitive landscape, and gather customer insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies, product development, sales, and overall business goals.
Work closely with product managers to support and fulfill their marketing requirements.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, traditional, and social media.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Track, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, channel partners, and vendors.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices to keep marketing strategies competitive and innovative.
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
MBA in Marketing
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in the B2B segment
Preferably in Industrial Product Marketing
