Salary Band: ₹12,000/month Fixed (Post-Probation) + Uncapped Incentives (Up to 20%)

2. Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our remote sales force. The primary focus of this role is outbound lead generation and client acquisition. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for articulating the value of AI in marketing and converting cold calls into warm, qualified opportunities, and ultimately, closed deals.
This role requires resilience, exceptional communication skills, and a hunter mentality. You will be managed by output (calls made and deals closed) rather than micro-managed hours, making self-discipline essential.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
To succeed in this role, you will be measured against the following metrics:
· Activity Metric: Minimum 100 outbound calls per day.
· Quality Metric: Number of qualified leads generated (as per Ideal Customer Profile).
· Conversion Metric: Number of demos scheduled and deals closed.
· Compliance: Timely submission of Daily Call Reports (DCR) and CRM updates.
4. Roles & Responsibilities
A. Outbound Prospecting (Core Activity)
· Conduct a high volume of 100+ strategic outbound calls daily to targeted businesses and decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Business Owners, CMOs).
· Utilize provided lead lists and independently research to build a robust pipeline.
· Implement proven sales scripts while personalizing the pitch to address specific prospect pain points.
B. Lead Qualification & Management
· Engage prospects in consultative conversations to identify marketing challenges that SIDDHI AI can solve.
· Strictly qualify leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework or similar methodology.
· Maintain a clean and updated pipeline in the company’s CRM system.
C. Sales Closing
· Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (with support from the technical team if needed).
· Overcome objections regarding price, competition, and implementation.
· Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
D. Reporting & Administration (Remote Compliance)
· Submit a detailed Daily Call Report (DCR) via Google Sheet/Company Portal by the end of each shift.
· Log all call outcomes, lead status changes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM in real-time.
· Participate in daily virtual stand-up meetings to discuss wins, losses, and challenges.
5. Compensation & Benefits

Phase 1: Training & Probation (First 30 Days)
· Status: Probationary Period.
· Compensation: Performance-Based Incentives Only.
· You earn a commission on every sale closed during this period.
· On-Target Earnings (OTE): High performers can earn up to ₹10,000 during this month based on closures.
· Outcome: Successful qualification of leads and demonstration of core competencies leads to confirmation.
Phase 2: Permanent Employment (Post-Confirmation)
· Fixed Base Salary: ₹12,000 per month (Guaranteed, paid on the 1st of every month).
· Incentive Plan (Uncapped): Up to 20% Commission Per Project.
· Structure: 20% of the total invoice value (excluding taxes) paid to the executive upon full payment receipt from the client.
· Example Scenario: Deal Value = ₹50,000 → Your Commission = ₹10,000.
· Payout Timeline: Commissions are processed within 7 days of client payment clearance.

6. Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred but not mandatory).
· Experience: 0-3 years in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. Freshers with exceptional communication skills will be considered.
· Communication: Native or bilingual proficiency in English (Must be able to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively). Proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a strong advantage.
· Technical Setup: Must possess a functional Smartphone (Android/iOS) or Laptop with a stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and a quiet workspace free from background noise.
Preferred Competencies:
· Familiarity with CRM software (., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) or Google Sheets.
· Basic understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) or Digital Marketing concepts.
· Ability to type quickly and manage multiple tabs/tools simultaneously.
7. Work Schedule & Environment
· Shift Timing: 11 AM to 7 PM , Monday to Friday (Saturday/Sunday off).
· Location: Remote / Work from Home.
