Job Description:Meeting with Clients virtually or during sales visit.Demonstrating and presenting our Services.Establishing new business. (He should have good client base background and also have sound knowledge to create the new business of IT services)Maintaining accurate record.Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meeting for new business.Reviewing sales performance.Negotiating contracts and packages.Working monthly and annual targets.Self-motivated and driven by targets.The ability to influence and negotiate with othersStrong communication skills (including verbal and written)Should aware of IT services Industry.He should be able to work independently and able to develop/establishing new business in India and as well as from abroad.

Required Non IT and Non Engineering Graduate , Graduation completed in 2019 1nd after 2019 will be only applicable for this job.Designing, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting IT systems.Interpreting briefs and developing IT systems that meet all specifications and cost requirements.Assisting with training and onboarding processes.Writing job descriptions for new positions, and assisting with interview and recruitment processes.Ensuring staff comply with company, as well as health and safety regulations at all times.Maintaining, managing, and updating software.Supervising digital security and ensuring all anti-viruses and firewalls are regularly updated.Supervising the development and maintenance of websites and ensuring the protection of users' data.Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.Conducting research, attending workshops, and networking with other professionals in the industry.

Software support for existing customers etc. Coordinate with sales resource or tele-caller to fix appointments for installations/implementations/troubleshooting etc. Understand requirements of the business, and fulfil them using software. Identify customization/training requirements from the new prospect. Installation of Product at new customer site along with basic training. Implementation/troubleshooting on the product, and data.

Roles and Responsibilities : -Should be able to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, firewall, router, printer etc.Knowledge of Windows and Chrome OS is a must be required.Troubleshooting problems related to PC, Printers/Scanner, Local Area Network, Mail Configuration, Data Migration etc.Good knowledge of video conferencing, Hangout meet, google drive etc.Resolving queries as and when required by providing assistance as per defined areas.Service level agreement, vendor management, incident management, problem.Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine.Providing assistance on Windows Power Shell, setting up Network Printer/Scanner, DataRecovery, Local Lan Setup (Punching IO, Crimping Cat6 Cables along with Wall Mounted.Issues/Problems.Back Up Management.
