Any Graduate / Diploma in Computer with minimum 2+ Year of experience as Hardware & Networking Engineer. Managing IT Infra like server, Desktop, Laptop, Router, Switches, Access Point, printer installation and troubleshooting,, Assembling & dissembling of computers, Maintaining & troubleshooting different operating system,,Managing & troubleshooting local Printer & network printer, Troubleshooting of Network Desktops, Making Reports(Ready for field work) Own Bike Must.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Engineer at SOFTTECH FINANCE, located in Ahmedabad. The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for hardware development, circuit design, and electronics hardware design. They will also handle computer hardware tasks and collaborate with the team on various hardware projects.

Installing, Configuring windows operating systems.Installed and configured various applications software's Like MS Office, antivirus etc.Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware.Software and Networking Problems. .Installed, configured and maintained the regular updates of Antivirus.Installed, Configured and Troubleshooting of various PC Hardware Components.Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup. .Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.Help create technical documentation and manuals.Help create technical documentation and manuals.Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.CCTV Camera All type of Technical Support (Added Advantage).SKILLS REQUIRED:-Experience with phone-based IT Support / IT Help Desk.Outstanding interpersonal and soft skills.Ability to deal with all situations.
