Roles and Responsibilities : -
Should be able to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, firewall, router, printer etc.
Knowledge of Windows and Chrome OS is a must be required.
Troubleshooting problems related to PC, Printers/Scanner, Local Area Network, Mail Configuration, Data Migration etc.
Good knowledge of video conferencing, Hangout meet, google drive etc.
Resolving queries as and when required by providing assistance as per defined areas.
Service level agreement, vendor management, incident management, problem.
Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine.
Providing assistance on Windows Power Shell, setting up Network Printer/Scanner, Data
Recovery, Local Lan Setup (Punching IO, Crimping Cat6 Cables along with Wall Mounted.
Issues/Problems.
Back Up Management.
