Key Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure Manage the day-to-day operations of the NOC team Experience in managing IT projects and teams Proficiency in network administration and security Knowledge of cloud computing technologies Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are a plus Minimum 3 years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide network platform, LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, firewall, load balancer, virtualization, IDS/IPS, VoIP and routing protocol Willing to work under pressure, good team player and self-starter to work with minimum supervision Experienced with managing ISP networks. Engage with customers via email and phone to collect and collate feedback to enhance the user experience. Attend joint service calls. Support team to Diagnose/Troubleshoot/inspect/investigate the issue on a case-to-case basis until closer. New POP and BTS Installation (Physical or coordination with Vendor). Situation handling ability. Manage the team of Rotational shift (24*7 Operations)
