job description
we are seeking a motivated inside sales representative to join our dynamic team. in this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of it solutions, including networking, wireless, it security, and telephony. you will focus on lead generation, cold calling, preparing proposals, and closing deals with support from our pre-sales team, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
key responsibilities
generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and linkedin outreach
understand client requirements and recommend suitable it hardware & networking solutions
prepare proposals and quotations, working closely with the pre-sales team for solution design
build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with attractive incentives
requirements
2-4 years of experience in inside sales (it/tech industry preferred, other industries considered).
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
proficiency in ms office and crm tools
minimum hsc; bachelors degree preferred
