IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure

€¢ Manage the day-to-day operations of the NOC team

€¢ Experience in managing IT projects and teams

€¢ Proficiency in network administration and security

€¢ Knowledge of cloud computing technologies

€¢ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

€¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

€¢ Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

€¢ Relevant certifications (., ITIL, CISSP) are a plus

€¢ Minimum 3 years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide network platform, LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, firewall, load balancer, virtualization, IDS/IPS, VoIP and routing protocol

€¢ Willing to work under pressure, good team player and self-starter to work with minimum supervision

€¢ Experienced with managing ISP networks.

€¢ Engage with customers via email and phone to collect and collate feedback to enhance the user experience.

€¢ Attend joint service calls.

€¢ Support team to Diagnose/Troubleshoot/inspect/investigate the issue on a case-to-case basis until closer.

€¢ New POP and BTS Installation (Physical or coordination with Vendor).

€¢ Situation handling ability.

€¢ Manage the team of Rotational shift (24*7 Operations)
