This full-time role is perfect for freshers who have completed their 10th grade education and are eager to start a career in warehousing.Key Responsibilities:- Receiving and Inspecting Goods: You will be responsible for accepting deliveries and checking the items against order lists to ensure accuracy.- Inventory Management: You will help organize products in the warehouse, keeping accurate records of stock levels and assisting with regular inventory checks.- Packing and Shipping: You will pack items securely for shipping and prepare them for delivery by labeling and following shipping instructions.- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized is essential. This includes removing trash and ensuring all work areas are tidy.- Assisting with Loading and Unloading: You will help load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling of items.Required Skills and Expectations:We expect applicants to be reliable, hardworking, and able to work well with others in a team environment. Manage and track raw materials (fabrics, trims, etc.) and finished garments manually.Ensure that production teams have the materials they need on time.Regularly check and record stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.Perform manual inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.Organize and store materials properly to prevent waste or damage.Work closely with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.Keep accurate records of all stock movements and update logs accordingly.Monitor inventory turnover and adjust orders based on production needs.Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Prepare and share regular inventory reports with management.
