Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in Delhi NCR with Corporate office in Noida Sector 62 as a Wedding Sales Manager at Anantum Gateway Resorts, a unit of Goyal Group of Hotels in Jim Corbett, Nainital. The Manager will be responsible for selling the resort and its services to wedding clients - couples and planners - to increase the number of weddings with positive contribution to room revenues and food & beverage while providing a high level of customer service. 1. Develop strong relationships with wedding planning firms / wedding planners/ event planners and decorators/ entertainments companies through prospecting and presentation efforts for the purpose of securing business for the resorts and proper positioning of the resort as a wedding destination. 2. Review wedding sourcing platforms and marketing opportunities to ensure continued growth of qualified wedding inquiries3. Responding to all wedding inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, assisting clients on options best suited to both the couples needs and the resorts successful operation while providing excellent service 4. Conduct all site visits and follow up with the potential client to secure the business.5. Worked closely with the Director of Marketing and Sales and Director of Sales to optimize schedule and business options. Travel requirements:This job will require traveling to properties in Delhi, Gurgaon, Sohna and Faridabad. May have to travel to Jim Corbett also, People with personal transport will be preferred. Reimbursement for travel will be provided.Requirements Proven working experience as Minimum 5 years wedding/catering sales experience in high end venue. Proven track of successful wedding planning or event planning projects. Strong guest and team member relations skills
