- Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure work is being performed as per project plans and specifications.- Coordinate and supervise activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the project runs smoothly.- Enforce and monitor strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site.- Conduct daily safety briefings and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safe working conditions for all workers.- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with building codes, project specifications, and company standards.- Track the progress of the construction project against the established timeline and report any delays or issues to the project manager.- Oversee the proper delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials to prevent waste and shortages.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily site activities, including work progress, materials used, and any issues or incidents.- Supervise and manage the performance of subcontractors and other third-party workers on-site.- Ensure that subcontractors meet quality, schedule, and safety standards as specified in their contracts.- Proactively identify any issues or obstacles that could delay the project or affect quality, and take corrective actions to resolve them.- Act as a liaison between the project manager, contractors, and clients to provide updates on construction progress and address any concerns.- Conduct final inspections of the completed work to ensure everything complies with the original design and client specifications.- Ensure that the construction site adheres to environmental regulations and sustainability practices.- Provide training and guidance to workers on-site, ensuring they understand the construction process, safety procedures, and project requirements.

Track and manage employee attendance, including monitoring work hours, overtime, and absence records.4. Ensure the accurate processing of overtime pay, incentive structures, and other performance-based bonuses within payroll, particularly for logistics employees working in warehouses or in the field.13. Work closely with the finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll and financial records.
