We are looking for a Shop Helper who will support daily operations in our store. This position is suitable for freshers and requires a proactive attitude to contribute to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting Customers: Help customers find products and provide information about various items to enhance their shopping experience.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the shop tidy by regularly cleaning shelves, aisles, and the checkout area to create a welcoming environment.

- Stock Management: Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked and displays are attractive.

- Handling Transactions: Support cashiers during busy periods by processing payments and bagging purchases efficiently.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication throughout the shop.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade and should be able to communicate clearly in local languages. A good attitude towards work and willingness to learn is essential. Basic knowledge of product placement and ability to follow instructions are important. Ideal candidates should be reliable, punctual, and ready to work full-time, showing a commitment to maintaining a positive shopping atmosphere. Being physically fit is beneficial as the role may require some lifting and movement around the store.
