Site Supervisor

- Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure work is being performed as per project plans and specifications.

- Coordinate and supervise activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the project runs smoothly.

- Enforce and monitor strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site.

- Conduct daily safety briefings and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safe working conditions for all workers.

- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with building codes, project specifications, and company standards.

- Track the progress of the construction project against the established timeline and report any delays or issues to the project manager.

- Oversee the proper delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials to prevent waste and shortages.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily site activities, including work progress, materials used, and any issues or incidents.

- Supervise and manage the performance of subcontractors and other third-party workers on-site.

- Ensure that subcontractors meet quality, schedule, and safety standards as specified in their contracts.

- Proactively identify any issues or obstacles that could delay the project or affect quality, and take corrective actions to resolve them.

- Act as a liaison between the project manager, contractors, and clients to provide updates on construction progress and address any concerns.

- Conduct final inspections of the completed work to ensure everything complies with the original design and client specifications.

- Ensure that the construction site adheres to environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

- Provide training and guidance to workers on-site, ensuring they understand the construction process, safety procedures, and project requirements.
