Responsibilities: greet, serve customers with a smile. always be groomed and in uniform.conduct joint inspection with the customer of their vehicletake proper inventory of vehicle with proper remarks and ticks in the inventory sheetstake signature of the customer on the inventory sheet / job card once the inspection is completeensure all details related to customer contact number, email ID, Residence address, vehicle number etc. are mentioned in the Job cardgive customers the right advice & recommendation based on the vehicles service historyfurnish reasonable initial estimate of service with the customerassist with customers insurance assessment, claim process & other processing requirement, paper work, etcprovide a well calculated time of delivery & cost of repairs considering all operational factorscoordinate with JC for service after the insurance companys go ahead & customers prior approval on estimate inform customer about the additional jobs, cost involved and proceed after prior approval / supplementary insurance assessment ensure that demanded jobs by customer are completed on time & within estimated cost, with best body repair &paint finish qualityexceed customers expectations and resolves queriesachieve the set targets in terms of parts selling, labour billing, VAS, tyres, batteries, ATW, RSAattend reqd number of customers/cars per day as per the dealership normsachieve the set qualities targets in terms of complaint incidence, PSF score, Zero repeat repair etcfollow up & be responsible for the recovery of all outstanding payment from insurance company/customerensure body shop to service conversion for all vehicles which are due for serviceensure customers VOC is translated into accurate required jobsfollow up with parts manager for ordered parts receipts & keep the customer updated on statusassist the customer with quick billing and deliverysolicit customers feedback, for improvement and act upon themMaintain necessary report
