We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive located in Dadar, who is passionate about driving sales and achieving targets. This role is full-time and requires you to work from the office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Generate New Leads:** Identify and reach out to potential customers to increase the sales pipeline.
- **Build Relationships:** Develop strong connections with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- **Present Products:** Clearly explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- **Negotiate Contracts:** Engage in discussions to finalize contracts and close deals in a way that satisfies both the client and the company.
- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets set by the management.
- **Maintain Records:** Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in our system.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, ideally in a similar role. A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and presenting products. You should also have good negotiation skills to close deals successfully. A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude is crucial, alongside the ability to work as part of a team. Familiarity with sales software and tools will be an advantage, as will a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
