Objection Handling: Address any concerns or objections raised by clients, providing accurate information and reassurance to encourage conversion.5. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, build trust, and move prospects through the sales funnel.6. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or meet with real estate agents, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.Qualifications:1. Education: Graduate in any stream or additional education in sales, marketing, or real estate is a plus.2. Experience: Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. (Min 06 months 1 year.)3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner, ability to convey information persuasively and confidently.4.
