The role bearer has a responsibility to support Relationship Manager in penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generations and account opening as per needs of customer. The role bearer is responsible for driving client acquisition, building household level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals.Primary Responsibilities:Lead Area Mapping in the catchment and maintain accurate and timely daily activity / Sales reports.Prepare Wish list of customers through cold calling and promotion activities to drive awareness about the bank and products across the catchment area.Ensure completion of account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms. (Field verification Mandatory)Engage customers with multiple products at the time of account Opening.
