Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails2. Manage and track customer interactions using CRM software3. Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features & benefits4. Follow up with potential customers to close deals5. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues6. Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business7. Achieve monthly sales targets and generate reports from CRMRequirements:1. Female candidates only2. Experience in B2C sales & telecalling preferred3. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)4. Ability to manage and update customer data in CRM5. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills6. Basic knowledge of home automation products (preferred but not mandatory)
