This is a full time role for a Telecaller in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making calls to prospective students and invite them for seminar.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and achieve sales targets. Your role will involve engaging with clients, explaining our products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Of Candidates Include: Inform Customers About Company's Products/Services And Offers Manage Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner Identify Customers Needs And Wants, Clarifying Information Whenever Possible Ability To Be On Phone For A Long Time And Familiar Using Dialer Systems
