Will be responsible to handle inbound calls from the patients/complainant and direct them towards concerned medical practitioners.Applicants must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure to ensure maximum tickets are closed.Should have good interpersonal skills and ability to understand the consultation requirement and based on the same should be able to give recommendations.Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling potential.Should have Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.Should be open minded and ready to learn.Follow-up with callers & internal team.
