Should have team leader experience in BPO voice process in outbound sales or collections processShould have good knowledge of MS Excel Vlookup, H lookup, attrition data and shrinkage Should be fluent in speaking English,Kannada,Tamil ,additional language proficiency would be an added advantage Day shift
