Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients through various sales channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events. Understand client needs and present design solutions that meet their requirements and budget. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Collaborate with the design team to ensure clients' needs are met and deliverables are produced on time and on budget. Attend industry events to promote the agency and its services.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a design or marketing agency. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals. Strong understanding of design and marketing principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and results-driven.
