key responsibilities:
• identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients through various sales channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
• understand client needs and present design solutions that meet their requirements and budget.
• develop and maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• collaborate with the design team to ensure clients' needs are met and deliverables are produced on time and on budget.
• attend industry events to promote the agency and its services.
qualifications:
• bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a design or marketing agency.
• proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• strong understanding of design and marketing principles.
