We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with customers over the phone to generate sales or gather information.

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.Understanding customer needs and requirements, and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives.Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest.Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects within their assigned territory.Performing effective online demos to prospects.Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with customers.

Approach the Clients and understating their product needs Via calls and mails .Mail the inventory list as per customization by coordinating with Team Head/ HOD.Price negotiation and quotation sharingClosing the dealAfter sale service ( KYC/ Consignment follow up ).Payment follow up and Recovery ( If any)Co- ordinating meetings for department head .Processing company invoices / Provided answers to customer questions via phone and email, typically within appropriate time.Managing internal operational standards and productivity targetsPreferred candidate profile-Candidate should have good command on English Language,Candidate should be comfortable for night ShiftCandidate should have Good communication skills, Presentation skill, Sales Tactics and capabilities.

(1) She must have very good communication skill / fluency in English, Preferably From Surat city. (2) To call clients regarding our services In Safety, Health, Environment & Fire domain across the India.(3) Knowledge of computer operation & skill is must.
