Role Description:-This is the role of a Social Media Marketing (Fresher) located at our headquarters in Cunningham Road, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001. As social media marketer you will be responsible for managing and growing the companys presence across various social media platforms. Generate innovative and creative ideas for social media campaigns, videos, posters, and other digital content. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing creatives. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to optimize strategies. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community. Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Support in running paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google if required. Requirements:- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter). Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools).
