Hiring for 1 Import Executive Job in Mumbai, with minimum 1 Year Experience,Required Educational Qualification is : B.Com with Good knowledge in Bachelors degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 12 years of experience in import operations, logistics, or supply chain. Familiarity with Incoterms, HS codes, and international shipping regulations. Experience with freight and customs clearance procedures. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (ERP systems, freight tracking platforms). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. etc.

Key Role and Responsibilities :ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES CAN APPLY1 Experience 1-2 years in logistics and operations for import and export documents2 Knowledge of complete shipment documents by sea , air and road3 Documents Check : LC of Bank and other shipping documents4 Coordinate with CHA and custom formalities5 Rules of Customs , Forms and Import/Export procedure6 Co-ordinate with supplier and customer for operations and documents7 Duty and Antidumping updates of products and Import/Export rule update to customer, supplier and team with HS CODE8 Import data update for internal team : Will be trained9 Price and market update and trends to share with customer and supplier: Will be trained10 CRM files update for team : Will be trained11 Client servicing by updating product, rules and price trends : Will betrained12 Client courtesy calls/ emails and call for customer relationship13 Flexible to adopt and learn new work with team14 Fluent in English , Hindi and added language15 Email drafting, formats , MS OFFICE , PPT and fluent in writing in English16 Report management for internal team: Will be trained.
