A Computer Trainer is responsible for teaching and guiding individuals or groups to improve their skills and knowledge in using computer software, hardware, and technology-related tools. This role involves delivering both foundational and advanced training on various computer applications, systems, and IT concepts to employees, students, or clients. A Computer Trainer ensures that learners are confident and proficient in using computer technologies relevant to their specific needs.Conduct computer training sessions on a variety of topics, such as Microsoft Office, Tally Prime, Advance Excel, Graphic Designing, DTP,etc

Train the Graduate Students and New Employees from corporates as per demand.

1. Generating business for the company out of leads provided/generated and achieve your monthly/quarterly targets (carries high degree of importance)2. Lead / Data calling customer to closing deals.3. Evaluating needs, requirements individual customer. 4. Conducting site visits with customers.5. Maintaining clients and prospects data as per companys requirement.6. Meeting with the clients and explaining the details of projects/venture.7. Post Sales services to all the booked clients.8. Maintaining relationship with developers, bankers and other related parties.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.Conduct orientations for new employees and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.Employee Relations:Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Performance Management:Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.Training and Development:Identify training needs through regular assessments and discussions with department heads.Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Collaborate with external training providers when necessary.Career Development:Work with employees to create individual development plans and career paths.Implement programs that support employee growth and advancement within the organization.Employee Engagement:Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Organize team-building activities and events to promote a positive work culture.HR Administration:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.Compliance:Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with legal requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR and Training Manager or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management
