Observe due compliance of Accounting Standards and Finalization of accounts2. Ensure compliance with local commercial laws i.e., Income Tax, /GST.3. Conversant with accounting standards, Indian GAAP, modern accounting systems & procedures and provisions of Income Tax Act, GST, and other statutory laws.4. Communicate with clients for solving their queries related to Accounts and Finance in day-to-day business5. Computation of provision for tax, computation of provision for deferred tax assets / liabilities, tax reconciliation for group reporting on quarterly basis and ensuring timely payment of advance tax.6. Review of Tax Audit schedules/details and ensuring completion of Tax Audit within the allowed timeframe

Qualifications: M Com with 7 years experience in accounting or CA/MBA (Finance) with four years experience. Desirable: Member of ICAI/CMA / Company Secretary.Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- per month (Consolidated).
