We are looking for a highly skilled and confident female professional to handle international inquiries and sales operations related to aluminium scrap trading.Key Responsibilities:-Handle and respond to B2B international inquiries-Build and maintain relationships with overseas buyers-Coordinate export documentation and shipping process-Follow up on leads and close international deals-Ensure client satisfaction and timely communicationRequirements:-Proven experience in international trade/sales (preferably in metals or scrap but necessary )-Strong communication and negotiation skills in English ( IMP skill )-Knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, and logistics-Smart, professional, and self-motivatedbetter if you have :- Experience in aluminium or non-ferrous metal industry ( others)- Fluent in additional languages is a plus

Preparing routine export documentations and coordinating with logistics partners for export shipments Coordinating with financial institutions for post shipment formalities. Required Skills Candidate profile: Good written and communication skill preferred. Should have sound experience in Exports documentation, pre-shipment and post shipment formalities. Well versed in international business terminology (Incoterms, shipping and export documentations etc.)

Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Executive. The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for communication with international clients, managing export processes, coordinating international sales activities, and developing new business opportunities in the international market. Must be 5+ years of management experience in sales and be from freight forwarding in the region. Responsible for all sales and business development duties including calling on account to increase revenue and profit. ocean & air freight sales experience highly preferred.

Job Role :1. Online Surfing and shortlisting of Prospect Customer for the target country 2. Preparing Database of Prospect Customers 3. Mailing and Calling to Prospect shortlisted customers 4. Follow ups to finalized customers 5. Closing of the final customer PO. 6. Follow up on PI acceptance and Payment (LC/TT)7. Convincing to increase order quantity 8. Target based Sales Working and Mindset RequiredKnowledge/ Skills/ Attitude:1. Fluent in English - Read, Write and speak 2. Should be proactive and self-starter 3. Understanding or interest in world geography, culture and habits4. Understanding of Basic Exports/ Import terminology 5. Need to work as per time zone for allowed country (may be 1-2 hour early or late depending on the country 6. If possible - should know any foreign language even if not fluent (this is not compulsory)

1. Taking rates for containersfrom 6-7 forwarders empanelled by the company2. Getting booking for the lowest quotes received from the forwarder. IF possible do direct business with the shipping line.3. Give the booking copy and delivery copy to transporter. Check for any damage on the container before loading the container from the storage yard of the container.4. Co-ordinate the loading and dispatch of the container with the factory manager.5. Prepare the post shipment documents like commercial invoice, bill of lading draft, packing list, fumigation certificate,chamber of commerce, transit insurance and send the draft to the customer for approval.6. For lc based shipments, check all the lc based points microscopically and prepare the documents accordingly.7. Approved documents to be presented to the bank for negotiation and courier.8. Track the containers on the shipping line website for the sailing and the eta at the destination port regularly.9. Learn how to use ODEX and VGM online system by your ownself.
