The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales over the phone and supporting customer acquisition and retention activities.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify, research, and generate new sales leads through outbound calling and follow-ups on inquiries.Client Engagement: Reach out to potential customers to present and explain the companys products and services clearly and persuasively.Sales Conversion: Convert prospects into qualified leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets.Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and sales in CRM systems.Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups on leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the companys offerings to address customer queries effectively.Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls made, sales closed, and pipeline status.Collaboration: Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams for smooth handover and client onboarding processes.Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve products and processes.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals set by the company.
