Skills Required:Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students and university staff. Empathy and Active Listening: The ability to understand and respond to students' needs and concerns. Knowledge of University Policies and Procedures: Familiarity with university regulations, deadlines, and resources. Research and Information Gathering: Ability to research and gather information on courses, programs, and career options. Organisation and Time Management: Maintaining a well-organised office and effectively managing time.
