Role & responsibilities Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field.10-12 years of experience in manufacturing management. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
