Job description:Roles and Responsibilities:- Implementation of ERP Software at client's place, training the product knowledge to theclient's employee.- Perform research on all client issues and document all findings and implement all technicalactivities with help of metadata registry.- Prepare own notes on technical issues, collaborate with clients and it departmentto provide support to all issues.- Establish professional relationships with all clients and organize.- Assist clients to monitor all software implementation lifecycle and assist make appropriatecustomization to all software for the clients.- Train client technical staff on all hardware and software issues and identify all issues inprocesses and provide solutions for same

Require a full-time accountant who shall operate day to day accounts, billing, filing GST returns and TDS

Responsibility:-Design and Estimation Assistant Manager will be responsible for the timely preparation of the design layout and quotation-Preparation of quotation as per client specification.-Preparation of design layout.-Interacting with clients and vendors.-Site visits.-Experience in Air chillers, Industrial coolers, and Clean rooms is mandatory.Required Skills:-Strong Multitasking Ability.-Great Negotiation Skills.-Excellent Judgement.-Ability to Communicate.-MS Office and CAD knowledge.-Male Candidate Preferred.-Relevant Experience 2+ Years in HVAC-related companies.

Duties and Responsibilities :-Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.-Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.-Monitoring of the bid management to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.-Contribution in cost and price calculations.-Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.-Searching for new tenders.-Analyzing potential tenders.-Tender preparation and bid submission.-Follow up on a bid.-Understanding of the tender management process.-To follow relevant procedures for tender compilation.-To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company.-Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.-Updating tender files and software for the same.-Preparing daily/weekly and monthly reports.Required Skills :-Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal interacting with very professional clients from the Marine Industry.-The candidate needs to be dynamic and open to applying new strategies.-Knowledge of Tendering(GEM portal).-Prior experience in tenders.-Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.-Should be able to handle all the work related to tenders & contracts i.e., bid submission, preparation of documents, handling customer clarifications, --understanding customers needs, and coordination with clients on tenders.Qualifications :-Engineering Background (B. Tech or Mechanical Diploma), Need to have technical knowledge.-A Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience is required. Candidates from Marine industry will be preferred.-Talent in negotiations and networking.-Need to Have SAP Knowledge.
