We are looking for candidates with following skills .Designation : Educational / Admission CounselorLocation : Andheri and GhatkoparNP : immediate to 15 days .Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development. Evaluate students' attributes and assist them in realizing their objectives.- Conduct one on one & group counselling for inquiries that visit the Centre.- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.- Life cycle management of students which includes getting the admission forms filled with all accurate details, documentation & collection of documents submitted by students, collecting, maintaining & depositing the PDC-s, Id cards of students, etc.- Maintaining petty cash at centre level & sending reports for the same to accounts team.- Raise collateral & other requirements to the admin team & coordinate with them for center level AMC-s.- Counsel the attendees of in-house & outdoor seminars/workshops when such events occur.Completed a bachelor-s degree or undergraduate.Must have 2 years of sales experience.Must have a flair for sales.Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:Handle inquiries from prospective students via calls, emails, and walk-ins.Counsel students regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career opportunities.Provide information on academic programs, curriculum, fee structure, scholarships, and other details.Follow up with students through regular calls/messages until enrollment.Maintain records of student interactions and update the admission database.Participate in admission drives, seminars, and promotional events.Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into admissions.Achieve admission targets within the assigned timeline.Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong convincing and counseling ability.Good knowledge of educational programs and career pathways.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Pleasant personality with a student-friendly approach.

The candiate must have good communication skills. She need to attend the parents & students in a effective satisfactory manner. She must have good manners & etiquettes to facilitate the smooth interaction with the parents & students. Able to make correspondence through email in English, Hindi & Marathi effectively , precisely. . Able to prepare the students with all necessary documentation & procedural aspects for their education in abroad universities.. Prepare their details in excel spreadsheet & keep ready for master counsellor .

Experience: 1 - 2 year as counsellor is must.Qualification: Minimum GraduateSkills: Good communication skills as well as convincing skillsIndustry: IT/Computers - Software Job Role: Should able to convert the inquiries into admissions.
